Will I receive a refund in full, if the event will be cancelled due to COVID-19?
We are living in very uncertain times so, we are committing to refund all the costs
How are you going to minimise the chance of transmission?
It is mandatory to take a covid 19 test before attending the event
Will there be a testing area at the event?
There will be a testing facility before the entrance to the event
Will maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask be mandatory at the event?
Of course, these rules will be followed and monitored by festival staff
Do I have to bring evidence in the form of a negative antigen test result to attend the event?
You can attach the test result when buying your ticket online
Can I bring my own alcohol/food?
It is forbidden to bring alcohol to the festival from outside although you are allowed to bring your own food and soft drinks like water or soda
Where can I buy tickets for the festival?
You can buy them at the ticket station at the event or through our ticket provider ticketmaster
Is there a parking spot at the festival?
We do provide a parking spot but with limited parking slots
Can I bring my own tent?
Yes but it has to be in plain color with no logo. Also it and its dimensions cannot be greater than 210 x 240 x 170 cm
Is there overnight security? if so what kind of security do you provide?
Yes, overnight security monitors are displayed all over the facility. Level-UP festival is not responsible for stolen items
